We have implemented a weekly registration limit to avoid overwhelming our library services. If registration is full, please wait until the following week to apply.

To sign up for a Libby Digital Library account, please use the link below and complete the survey. Selected applicants will receive an invitation via email by the following Wednesday at 6:30 PM PT.

If you reside in Canada, please visit the Japan Foundation Toronto's website to apply for a digital library card. We will not grant library cards to those outside of the United States!

After submitting the survey form, please note that confirmation emails are not sent immediately. Typically, we send these once a week on Wednesdays by 6:30 PM Pacific Time. The cutoff time for submissions is 5:30 PM. If you have any inquiries or wish to verify that your form was received, please contact us and select Libby from the dropdown menu!

If you lost your login or password, please contact us and select Libby from the drop down list (DO NOT call us or register again for a new account).

To locate our digital library on the Libby app, search for "Japan Foundation" listed under JF Toronto's address at 2 Bloor St E, STE 300, Toronto, Ontario, CA. Even if you belong to a different digital library, you will require a library card number from us to log in and borrow our books. Please note, we are not associated with any other library on Libby.
