Japanese Workshop JLPT The Basics

This JLPT explanatory workshop aims to provide learners of Japanese with an overview of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). It will provide learners with the opportunity to practice answering questions using sample test questions.
JLPT in The United States
As of 2013, the American Association of Teachers of Japanese (AATJ) is in charge of administering the JLPT and handling all inquiries related to the test. Please visit the AATJ website below for additional information regarding this year's test, and contact them if you have any inquries.

Registration will open at 9AM on August 29 and close at 9PM on September 25, 2015 (Eastern Time).

The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is a test for non-native speakers of Japanese which evaluates and certifies their Japanese-language proficiency. In 2012, 572,000 people took the test in 64 countries and areas worldwide. It is the largest Japanese-language test in the world.
